The Royal Oman Police invites tenders from competent contractors registered with ROP / Tender board under category grade-1 and above who are capable of executing the construction of the proposed transport headquarters complex at Muscat Airport Heights.
Those interested in participating may purchase the tender documents from the office of Directorate General of Projects and Maintenance, Qurum, between 0730 HRS & 1400 HRS. During normal working days from Saturday 29th May 2010 until 09th Wednesday June 2010 against a non-refundable tender fee of RIAL Omani 500.
Tenders shall be accompanied by an unconditional tender bond from an approved bank in the Sultanate, in favour of ROP for the sum of 2% of the tender value, valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission, failing which no tenders will be accepted.
Sealed tender documents shall be delivered to the DGPM Office at Qurum with the above title marked on the cover with all documents. The exterior of the sealed envelope must not reveal the identity of the tenderer.
The last days of submission of tenders shall not be later than 1200 HRS on Wednesday 23rd June 2010.
The Royal Oman Police 'DGPM' is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender received and reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
