This service allows you to view all the vehicles you own, with the possibility of electronically transferring the ownership of any vehicle you own to another party. The service aims to simplify the procedures for transferring ownership of any vehicle from one person to anothe

  • This service is available for transferring Vehicles with Plate number only.
  • For individuals: private and commercial vehicles and motorcycles.
  • For companies : commercial vehicles only.
  • For companies : The person who is access the server should be registered as on on signatories in company 's commercial recored with Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion
  • The Vehicle Registration must be valid.
  • The vehicle insurance must be transferred to the new owner.(The vehicle insurance must be from the approvedinsurance companies) Approved insurance companies )
  • The Vehicle must pass the Inspection.
  • The seller/buyer and the vehicle, should be cleared from all fines and other restrictions before using theservice. Traffic Rules .
  • The vehicle ownership transfer should be requested by the seller with the digital signature.
  • The buyer should complete the transferring using the digital signature to accept and pay the fees of the vehicleownership transfer.
  • The buyer should complete the online vehicle ownership transfer transaction within 24 hours only. If expired,the seller should do the transaction again.

Steps to create a vehicle ownership transfer transaction:

  1. step 1Choose an apply transfer request from service main page.
  2. step 2 (individuals)Click on the vehicle transfer button, under the vehicle details
  3. step 2 (companies)Enter vehicle plate number and plate code
  4. step 3Enter the details of the new owner.
  5. step 4Confirm the identity of the new owner.
  6. step 5Create the transaction.
  7. step 6After moving to the list of transactions (Selling Applications), sign the transaction, and notify the buyer to sign.

Steps to obtaining vehicle ownership:

  1. step 1View transactions (Buying Applications)from service main page .
  2. step 2Click on Signing Transaction.
  3. step 3After signing, pay the transfer fees.
  4. step 4Get the MULKIA from the nearest service center or through the self-service machines
